Your Brand Profile is your account. A Brand Foundation is the actual saved brand data inside it - colors, mood, lighting, materials, vocabulary - generated by tools like Style Finder or Brand Vocabulary Builder. Free accounts get one Brand Foundation; Pro accounts can save more than one.

Style Finder, Color Translator, Brand Vocabulary Builder, and Prompt Builder all check for a saved foundation and offer to load it automatically, so you don't retype your brand details every time. Every other tool still works fully without one - it just means filling in a form instead.

Nothing is deleted. Your Brand Foundation, account, and Prompt Library all stay intact on the free plan - the free tier simply shows your last 10 saved prompts instead of your full history, and limits you to one saved Brand Foundation.

Yes, from Account Settings on your profile page. This removes your data from every table in our database. Full removal of the underlying login record requires a manual follow-up step on our end, which is disclosed plainly in the deletion confirmation screen before you confirm.

Since the trial itself is free and card-free, most people know whether Pro is worth it before ever being charged. If you upgrade after your trial and aren't satisfied within 7 days, we refund the full amount.

Only if you choose to. Generated prompts aren't stored unless you click Save to profile. Saved prompts live in your Prompt Library, tied to your account, and are covered by our Privacy Policy.

Tools like the Brand Audit and Visual Consistency Checker let you upload an image for analysis. That image is used to generate your result and handled according to the data-handling section of our Privacy Policy - it is never used to train a model or shared with other users.
